@inscius It works with #Chrome (but only sometimes with #Chromium), so I suspect they're using proprietary codecs.

@bobjonkman @mk They could also be sign that you're about to hit RAM exhaustion. #Chrome / #Chromium does this in <= 4GB RAM if > 8 tabs.

ISTR #Chrome on #Win8 has a built-in #PDF reader. Is this not the case for #Chromium on #GNU + #Linux?
