    Due to bizarre circumstances, I have to use four backslashes (\\\\) every time I want to add a slash to this command. o_O #bash #odd

      @windigo aren't those forward slashes? I never know which one people mean when they say either one of em.

      @jk Nope, those are backslashes. I've heard a couple pneumonics for remembering, but I like that backslash is under the backspace key. :)

      @windigo I still wouldn't trust anyone to know what I meant if I said backslash. I'm just gonna call em "escape dealies."
