     @benfell #Prosody has a plugin which can force clients to use OTR (by not delivering messages + informing the end user about it). I don't think that was enabled on #ccc's server though.

     @moshpirit If I was to have a guess, I'd say they want to implement anti spam measures since I've noticed an increase in such activity recently.
