@indi They are talking a term extension from 50-70 yrs. US !copyright maximalists will be overjoyed to see our Public Domain stifled too.

@laurelrusswurm Appears only the special rule about sound recordings is changing - it's not a really meaningful change, in practice.

@laurelrusswurm But it's almost certainly the first step toward a real !copyright term extension, in advance of #TPP.
