     Oh. You probably want to install php5-intl or you will die because of the hashtags. I might want to make a workaround for that.

     @mmn I installed php5-intl and updated to the latest nightly, still getting the 400 error. I will look into making sure php5-intl is enabled

     Have you run scripts/upgrade.php? Restarted queuedaemons? Been awesome enough?
