My dad had a problem with fetching maps from his #Garmin GPS to the computer. "Easy enough" I thought.
Wrong! 2 hours later and after following (I kid you not) reading 2 pages of instructions for _just_ installing a plugin on Internet Explorer (no other browser was supported) to detect the hardware, we got the message "The key has already been used" because he installed it on his old computer that has crashed.
