@bobjonkman This sounded a bit strange to me. After the article about GnuPG's maintainer's financial status (and the huge funding received by the project after everybody read it and started donating), it *seems* to me that those one-person projects are trying to follow the same steps: get a "warning article" published somewhere visible, make it sound like "you either donate of the project dies", and wait for the cash. Sorry if I sound (or read) a bit "harsh", but it is because it really breaks my heart to see people donating to these project and then going back to their Apple devices to post this on facebook... What those projects *really* need is more people contributing to them; money should be a second-class citizen (or should it? so many questions...). IOW, the problem is not that the project is running out of money. The problem is that the project is run by a single person.
