Hey everyone. Am I just blind or is the latest nightly of #gnusocial missing the plugins for yourls, and to be able to offload files, attachments, and avatars to Amazon S3?

So I've just launched a new instance. It's not my first foray with GNUSocial. I first deployed instances several years ago when it was called Laconica, then when it got renamed to Status.net. But I seem to recall under both Laconica and Status.net there used to be a plugin for yourls and for offloading attachments and the like to another server, but I can't seem to find the settings anywhere.
