I really hope that I can make #libernil into a good non-hierarchical community resource or at least lend a hand to a similar group of hackers and activists. I've been slowly amassing hardware. building little services, and hosting workshops to introduce my community to concepts of Free Software, encryption, and voluntary association. I would love to see some sort of developer coop blossom out of it but that's a dream too far to achieve right now. There just isn't any real level of interest in my area and I'm often seen as a tinfoil hat wearing radical. Feels kind of isolating at times.
