I'm starting very very very nascent discussions about a #cryptoparty. Interest has come from a wide array of folks with varying degrees of technical abilities. I thought about buying some cupcakes and getting everyone together to set up GPG keys, sign each other's keys, get going with OTR and XMPP, and teach about HTTPS, maybe tor. Anyone have ideas for stuff do to at such a gathering?
