Something I'd like to work on in the coming years is to avoid buying things from companies who I feel are unethical on some level. I still make purchases from places like Walmart and Amazon. I need to be practical about the matter, though. I live in the epicenter of Walmart, where they've pushed out many options. I also won't impose such things on my wife and son (just as I don't impose free software on them). They are able to make their own choices. I'd also like to work on supporting #drm free media where possible and try to cut back on consumption culture in my life in general. #mtg is a great example of this. I buy a lot of cards and I want to evaluate if that sort of thing is ultimately good or not.
