I'm daydreaming a bit about a new machine. My little Asus EeePC X101CH is great but it's quite underpowered. I'd like to have something that can effectively run VMs so I can tinker with a few things like #guix and #tails. I'd also like to support hardware that respects my freedom. Bonus if it's recycled or second hand. Anyone have recommendations? I'm still waffling between desktop and laptop (the pocket wee from Think Penguin is totes adorbz...)
