It looks like I don't have a lot of options for self hosting with my current ISP (as I feared). I suppose I'm going to be tethered to #linode for the time being. They're not so terrible but I don't like using a VPS. All my services there (with the exception of #xmpp) are public, so it shouldn't be too terrible.
